The plan was to use that ladder until you reach the top. Kick everyone off the top except your team. Then destroy the ladder. Kalifornia legally, cannot remove this right. It was not guaranteed to them it is guaranteed under the constitution. All Kalifornia can do is protect that right. The Supreme Court will destroy this law.
