As a California Pede, I have to admit, I'm totally torn on which way I want to see this turn out:
On the one hand, I know this is a dirty trick that will allow leftist companies to purposely only hire black or minorities no matter how bad they are in comparison to White/Asian job applicants. That's part is terrible.
But on the other hand, think about how positively triggering it will be to see other companies post job applications that say "Whites only" even if it's done as a joke to prove a point. The leftist meltdown from seeing that happen might almost be worth it.
