On one hand, courts are now slowly starting to favor 50/50 child custody arrangements (which is how it should have been from the beginning). On the other hand, community property needs to be eliminated from the minority of states that follow that legal concept. So there is a little reform, but there's still far more work that needs to be done.
Taking the female favor out of the courts would help more more than giving a tax break on the married.
