Sloppy Steve may be sloppy, but I don't think he's a criminal. This looks more like a political hatchet job than any sort of legitimate prosecution.

Why cant Maxwell get a trial that fast?

Because she probably waived her right to a speedy trial to prepare her defense.

The judges in this country need to be routed out, reassessed, and in most cases replaced.

If there is solid evidence that Bannon did this - he should be thrown in prison, obviously. Ripping off people donating to the wall is inexcusable IF IT HAPPENED.

I am neither judge, jury nor executioner - nor should any of us be.

Bannon has the right to the presumption of innocence.

Let me see the evidence first.
