I don't believe this, this virus isn't dangerous enough for it to need to be planned.

All that happened is the virus released and someone saw the opportunity to make an absurd amount of money. Combine this with corrupt and incompetent politicians and you get the current mess.

I don't think Cuomo was smart enough to plan his part out, politicians are all corrupt and stupid. Most of them aren't corrupt enough to murder thousands of people, they are stupid enough to get manipulated into doing it and corrupt enough to not ask questions.
