I was about to ask the same thing as I saw 2 postal trucks being towed away this morning. As if they had broken down on their route...then seeing this 😆. But it's probably more like when you buy a car you start seeing them everywhere cause you just weren't paying attention before.
The LLVs that the post office uses break down CONSTANTLY. Many are very old and people don't drive their work vehicles like they drive their own vehicles...
