I am not sure how the site in financed but it is an expensive venture. The enterprise quality network to handle the f5/refresh monkeys, the servers needed to servre the pages, and the secure connection and DDOS mitigation service (Cloud Flare) needed to keep the shills in their place.
The owners/admins/devs are all doing a grade AAA, top tier YUGELY fantastic job without shitty ads every where.
