And if the city/county defunds the police, then the city/county property taxes get frozen. The legislature has the power to reform or reduce or set the property tax rates if they so choose so nothing i've said is inaccurate

I'm just saying I can see how this proposal would get fiscal conservatives of all social types (conservative, moderate, liberal) to actually hop on this bandwagon
