Although it does at least shed some light on this issue of what would happen in the scenario that there wasn’t a winner declared by the deadline. I do think they will try to go this route. Look at what’s going on in the other elections in NJ and NY. The “beta” tests for this scenario. Democrats are willing to do ANYTHING to regain power. They will not except the results of the election and will move forward inaugurating Joe Biden through a Congress proceeding creating a Shadow Presidency and forcing the branches of government to choose sides — along with the military. Shit is about to get ugly.
