Unknowing to the protesters, they are being used as part of a bigger goal to create the ambiguous imagery and blame any discourse on "QAnons." If we're relying on the same account we need more than that. Unless we're able to strip more information from the account we haven't ruled out that this is a local photographer documenting any local rally.
