I read somewhere that a) Portland has a very high number of strip clubs per capita and b) Those have been shut down due to the pandemic.
From this crowd it looks like just re-opening the strip clubs might give them something else to do. Send soldiers with $1 bills instead of rubber bullets and this shit might calm down. /s
