Literally whites/Christians are the most discriminated people in the world. It’s insane no one talks about it. Blacks/browns and all other races are way more racist than whites.

I'm half Vietnamese and half Canadian, as well as gay, and the only thing about me I EVER get shit for is being a Trump supporter.

Kevin from Kevin's Corner on youtube did this a while back - maybe a year or two ago. He went on the lookout for racists in America. It was hilarious. He is hilarious. More recently he did a racist animals video - maybe a few months ago. That man could have a side gig as a stand up comedian, as far as I'm concerned. If you're not familiar with him, I highly recommend you check out his channel. It's informative AND entertaining.

I've never met any hard core racist. Even the southern flag guys are mostly more about "The South" than anything discriminatory.

Can I tell a story about a black guy at my work that got discriminated against?

He's British. Has lived all over Europe. And never had a problem, until he came to America. He was taking our mandatory sexual harassment training online, and the last 3 letters of one of the black characters name was a derogatory term for black people in some country he visited at one time...not in America. And not the whole last name. Just the last three letters. I couldn't believe how hot he was over it. He said he immediately closed it and went and complained to h.r.

Sorry I had to vent that... Been holding in for a while.

I am brown and I have truly experienced racial prejudice only a handful of times. Couple of times it was from my fellow countrymen (from a different sub group).

Once in Singapore by a Chinese shop keeper.

Once in rural Japan.

Once by an Eastern-european old neighbour who later became a friend.

Rest of the times it was by black people.

And I have spent more than 75% of my life in Western countries.

I think I was for about a week after 9/11 because I used to look more ALLAHLALALA before the tomato and beans kicked in

I hear you. I was in US during 9/11 and everyone went very cold for a couple weeks. I was bracing myself for some violence against anyone who looks like a muslim, but things quickly went back to normal, and I was surpised the kind of camaraderie I felt from my White colleagues, especially once they realised that we were all feeling the same way as them.

I must say that most of the false flags did not have the intended effect because of how inclusive Americans are.

Years ago, there was an excellent Cop drama, Homicide. I'll never forget one episode in particular. There'd been a murder, and one of the detectives was canvassing a black neighborhood looking for witnesses. Door after door was slammed in his face. As he stalked away, he fumed, "Black folks!" Next scene, same thing, only it was a white neighborhood. Again he stalked away fuming, "White folks!"

He was a black detective. I've never forgotten it, I guess, because it was so true!
