Two possibilities. Either this was planned in advance, and the SS has been on top of it from a point long before anyone would have a chance to pull something like that off, or it was impromptu enough that nobody had the time to prepare. In any event, from the moment anyone in that building knew Trump was coming, there were SS eyes on the place.
I've got a feeling that President Trump's Secret Service detail love him more than we do. I'll bet they're treated like royalty, especially when they're at Trump resorts.
