I looked at it and found it doesn’t identify you personally, per se.

You get a code and that code is your “identity”. Anyone on the registry will get a code. It can be used fraudulently just as easily as any other system that doesn’t require picture ID.

This blockchain separates the vote count from the voter thereby guaranteeing the correct tally. That is all.

Motor voter laws. Dead people. Duplicate names.

All these things make fraud possible. The new blockchain only gives an accurate count of those who vote. It doesn’t not verify the user beyond being on the registry.
