This is why a Joe Biden promise isn't worth a plugged nickel.

No wonder he's able to read the speech... he's been using the same one since 2008.

They had to consciously decide to do this, they actually sat down and thought that the best speech that Joe could deliver was just a copy and paste from 12 years ago, barely even changed the numbers.

Is it possible that this is the only speech he could get right after months of rehearsals, because his dementia makes him think he's still in 2008?

It sounded like a speech Obama would make. Maybe the same speechwriter. It also had no content.

You don't have to worry about a thing--minimum 'play along'--if you've got it all rigged with ballot fraud and harvesting.

Holy hell, the drop in energy from 12 years ago to now. One's live and the other's pre-recorded, I know, but still. His other speeches before covid weren't exactly high energy either.

He has plagiarized other notable speeches from pols in the UK too.

I like the sped up vid, some of the mannerisms from his old version when sped up look like Adolf...

Even if I supported Biden, which obviously I do not, I would say he's a shell of his former appearance. At least in 2008 he had some energy.
