The US Commissioner of Food & Drugs is head of the FDA and thats under the head of Health & Human Services, a part of his cabinet. He picks that person and can replace them. He's already replaced this position 4x. He still doesn't make laws about it though, which is what I said.
And why on earth would you state that the President doesn't make laws? Do you really think I didn't know this? Or, why do you think the fact that the President doesn't make laws have any bearing on anything I've said?
The FDA's ruling on HCQ is not a law and not mandated by law. It's an executive decision by an executive department Trump has a great deal of control over. Yet, he incessantly whines on Twitter about what his officials are doing. I'm tired of it.
