The shaver cop was looking for an excuse to kill somebody that day. I’m convinced only a complete sociopath could ever behave like that cop did. I don’t think Chauvin should have Used that knee hold for soo long (maybe a minute or two at most), but if Floyd didn’t take all those drugs and overdose, but instead was booked and processed, he likely wouldn’t have had any real injury. The knee thing just looked bad, I don’t think there’s evidence to really compare Chauvin and Shaver’s killer, cause I don’t think Chauvin wanted to kill anyone that day.

You could argue Chauvin was negligent to some extent but the guy that killed Shaver was malicious through and through.
