Unless it's a corporation (not an actual person/owner, should not have the same rights) that also happens to be in control of the food supply.

Corporations are by nature 'public enterprises' and should not have the same freedom of association that a private enterprise does. Enforcing their own health codes on the public above and beyond that of the state is bullshit.
