Slowest drive-by ever. And there seems to be a trend happening. There are pretty much no empty or for sale houses in my area. Seems like Republican mayor's are working out pretty well lately.

What sucks is my wife and I can't afford a home in our city because houses that go up for sale only stay on the market for a few hours before they're sold and so the prices are soaring

Question for any NYC resident; is it even possible, in reality, to have that many parking spots open in one neat row, in that congested city?
