Have you seen them try to toss fireworks? Easily 10% of these shit balloons were worn by the tosser (US/EU definition both acceptable)

Not sure how literal you intended to be when you said toss fireworks but I can absolutely imagine them throwing a lit firework at the cops instead of just aiming the firework in the desired direction.

literal. They hang out in a pack with umbrellas over for protection. Someone in the center lights fireworks, the umbrellas open up , then they toss them. The timing can sometimes be off and it clips an umbrella. This causes it to fall at the groups feet so they scatter rofl.
