Portland is not Oregon. Oregon is only blue through mail in ballot fraud and far too many Californians. With all the democrat tyranny and violence in the cities, it will take even more cheating just to keep it purple. They've already got the network in place to cheat again, of course, which is why the dems want mail in everywhere, but it won't be staying blue in November from the actual vote.
