Make Election Day a national holiday, the first Friday after TAX DAY.

Vote in person only unless you have a doctors note or some other serious reason to absentee vote

Use paper scan sheets, a clear ballot box monitored by anyone who wants to sit and watch it throughout the day. This way people can catch ballot stuffing.

Count ballots in the center of the room in full view of anyone that wants to witness the count. Publish the counts for the precinct for all to see so that they can verify at the state level that the count reported up to the state matches.
