How familiar are you with blockchain technology? So far bitcoin has been operational for over ten years without even one instance of the blockchain failing. If the blockchain system underlying btc was able to be hacked the value of btc would go from 12k to mere pennies overnight. Btc holds its value because the tech it is based on is infallible
