If you aren't willing to risk a minimal fine to defend your rights, you can't claim to be ready for the real fight that is coming.

This is an escalation process. We don't just go from silent majority to 1776. We must progress through the steps and inspire the will to fight in those around us before they will wake up.

Might I suggest a fund created to help pay fines for violations?

Edit: to be clear, I'm not anti-mask. I'm anti-mandate. If you are symptomatic then you should be wearing a mask to prevent transmission.

I understand the sentiment.

But I do want to ask this question:

How is this different than the stores that used to have signs at their entrance that said "whites only"? Would you use your same logic in that case?

I mean I suppose so. The signs were a product of the times. Once society shifted, so did the signage. I see your point. It’s a dynamic situation I guess.

I'm just so sick of the brainwashing and the damage this is doing to my children.

I couldn’t agree more with that. It’s pathetic.

To the same point, it took people protesting the signs for society to make the change. I don’t see enough people openly protesting masks via non compliance like we read in history books about segregation. It would also require at least some businesses to be “non mask friendly” for it to all work, much like the civil rights era too. I don’t see any businesses with the balls to risk fines or losing their licenses here in west Michigan.
