The problem is the Senate. It is really the Turtle that controls who sits on the court and who serves in Trump's cabinet. He rolled over for most of Obama's criminals, but didn't fight at all for Trump. Four years in and Trump still hasn't had all of his nominations confirmed even though the Senate has a GOP majority. The only redeeming thing the China owned Turtle did was block Obama's SCOTUS pick.
