He's a gay white male, but apparently the LGBT side wasn't enough. He has already won a few industry awards, and is objectively a rockstar at what he does. If I ever start a business he is one of the people I would want to do it with. He's pretty moderate, and I think this one was a bit of a red-pill for him.
