Depends on context. I think this poster is young. Depends on what his career is. All things being equal I think he should be very careful.
If he is self employed in an industry where people won't give a shit like being a farmer, OK he can get away with it.
Also consider where he lives. If he lives in rural Alabama OK one thing, if lives in a big douchy urban centre or suburbs I'd be really careful. I'm saying this as a man who walks around in Ontario with a red MAGA hat and Mark Dice shirts when I go into the city pretty much every time.
