I imagine they'll just make their own chipsets and components. They have all the factory tooling and knowhow thanks to US companies outsourcing to China.
I went to a demo where they showed their workaround for not having Google Play... They push their own app store and browser version of Google products. It's not the best solution and will definitely hurt them in the short term but China is playing the long game. A lot of their phone tech is already superior to US companies through a combination of stealing and inventiveness. I despise the CCP but from a technical point of view they do have the jump on us.
