It is so clearly fake it hurts. I can't (but honestly, I can) believe that they would stoop this low. And it's scary, because this might be really effective. Most people will only watch a few seconds of footage, enough to see that there's a confrontation, but not long enough to realize it's acting and not real.

Coupled with the media likely going to push this as Q being violent and confrontational... it just makes me feel sick to see how far they're willing to go to lie for a cause they don't even understand.
