Trump knows who Q is. He may not know the person, but he knows what it's about. He was asked about it years ago and said something like, "I don't know who they are, but they appear to like us". I'm sure he has looked into it or has been fully briefed. I'm sure that Trump Jr and Eric are fully aware as well and have filled him in. Basically, it's some person that claims to have inside information who supports Trump telling everyone that our government is going to be cleaned up. Big deal.
