My friend went to school in Windsor, they were in Detroit one night for a concert and a guy started running up to his car at a red light with a jack so he just floored it.
The building is way to clean to be in Detroit or Flint and the Focus seems to have a front plate. If it is in MI there is a good chance the person is from out of state.

Personally I’m flooring it and if taking out few thugs During my escape happens...oh well. Now if I find myself about to be pulled from disabled, stalled, or blocked in vehicle I am not waiting to be pulled out. I’m firing at thugs immediately from inside vehicle.
