Big Pharma is only worried about protecting their CASH COW which is forcing Insurance to cover overpriced drugs which are LESS EFFECTIVE than public domain drugs with MINOR side effects.

Untill Bayer purchased Monsanto few years ago this wasn't made by a pharma company. Luckily I took my gains from monsanto and didn't reinvest in Bayer.
