Not saying this is true, probably some more treatment suppression but i read on a few sites that elderberry can cause a cytokine storm in some people the site said similar things about d3. I thought it was strange. I took it anyway maily because it was the only source of zinc i could find

That was my logic. This info likely made people get sicker or led to more mistrust in mainstream science which is bad too
