It's sad. In Canada, every political party is pro-choice. We have literally no restrictions on abortion: you want it the day before you go into labour, citing no reason whatsover? It's not only legal, but the doctor can get into trouble for refusing. Only Canada and North Korea are this permissive.

The Liberal and NDP parties think this doesn't go far ENOUGH, kicking pro-lifers out of their caucuses and restricting pro-life protests or even at one point the Liberal party withholding government grants unless you sign a paper saying you are pro-choice. (After a lot of arguments on "compelled speech" they walked it back to signing a paper saying you won't use the government grants for any pro-life activities.) The Liberal party constantly points the finger at the Conservatives and saying they'll restrict abortions. The Conservatives immediately say stuff like "No we won't! We're okay with unlimited abortions too!"

When it comes to federal elections, there's almost nobody to vote for. Not even the People's Party - which broke off from the Conservatives for not being conservative enough - says it will make abortion part of its platform.
