I actually feed the squirrels in my yard and treat them like pets, but if I lived in the country with a ton of them on a lot of property I may consider this. My grandma used to cook a great squirrel stew. Funny how living in a more urban setting I treat most of the wildlife in a protective manner, because we don't have a lot of it, but in the country it can be a different game for sure.
