Eastern Europeans sometimes like to wear fairy-locks and they get discriminated against in the U.S. as well. Dreadlocks and Fairy-locks both make you look like you don't take care of yourself. Has nothing to do with race.
Objectively define "professional" behavior, and rate a random sample of workers based on behavior, without reference to appearance.
Then compare hairstyle and appearance to professional behavior. I have a pretty good idea how that would turn out.
Stereotypes exist for a reason. This is no different than lazy fat pigs wailing about the "fat people are lazy" stereotype.
I've worked maintenance jobs with fat-asses who exceeded the weight limit for ladders. If my skinny ass has to work harder because someone's lazy fat ass can't climb a ladder, well fuck them.
No disrespect to hardworking people who are obese, or who wear dreads. But the stereotypes are real. Defy them, and win. Whining about them just makes a person a loser.
"Likewise also that women should adorn themselves in respectable apparel, with modesty and self-control, not with braided hair and gold or pearls or costly attire,"
1 Timothy 2:9
Like everything else the left does, this is an attack on God disguised as something else. One of the reasons it's so important to study the bible is to identify this stuff.
"15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
2 Timothy 2:15
maybe we don't want to smell the moldylocks every day, just an idea

I would prefer if the dude preparing my food had washed his hair this decade
Only one out of five?
Braids and twists aren't natural, they are manipulated by human hands. Just sayin'.
It's not their behavior, it's their hair. Ya, that's the ticket.
Dreadlocks are as professional as a mullet
Uh “natural”...yeah, i call bs. Ever seen how much work that shit takes?
Let's have a study to test this.
Objectively define "professional" behavior, and rate a random sample of workers based on behavior, without reference to appearance.
