Are they enforcing them...? Increasing penalties in one state due to a lack of enforcement in other states is a little disconnected. We don't need more laws, right now they simply are not being enforced or prosecute, and when sentenced, are being sentenced to the bare minimum.

I seriously don't want an government backlash to rioters. I support police, but the left are trying to make what they fear come true...
