They stick them in good neighborhoods too so they can turn them into shit. I live in Baltimore and on my way to work they park their cars in front of the clinic despite there being no stopping signs. Everyone going to work has to merge to one lane every time they do this. I sent an email blast out to my delegate, congressman, Mayor, Police Chief and Parking enforcement to stop it. The police had no interest, but my delegate contacted parking enforcement and they started ticketing the shit out of those drug addicts. I bet this wouldn't have happened if it wasn't one of the lone white neighborhoods in an otherwise predominately black city.
No it's because nicer neighborhoods dont want those type of businesses around. They attract never do wells. That's why they put them in poorer neighborhoods. The dems dont care about blacks, theyll vote for dems no matter what.

Businesses attempt to go where they will get the most business. Supply and demand are the forces at work here, not some racist plot.
I am a fool to understand that those businesses are there because they see a greater potential for profit versus another area? Am I to seriously entertain the idea that businesses choose to lose money just to ‘victimize’ the community?
I will say this and it goes for people of all colors, if you do not have your personal ethics, morals and habbits decided on by yourself someone else will influence you and make them for you.
