Kimberly Klacik: I was asked why so many liquor stores & methadone clinics are located in predominantly black neighborhoods in Baltimore City. My Observation- People are a lot easier to control when they are drunk & high. Break The Chains (twitter.com)

Well that's where the alcoholics are... duh...

There are no high end diamond shops and gourmet charcuterie places that's for damn sure.

They need to just mow those places down. Disperse those people out. Stop giving them endless supplies of free money to live.

At some point you gotta take responsibility for you and yours. If your grandmother lived in section 8 housing you just don't get it. Case closed... sorry you are on your own. Find some other fucking way to live. It aint a damn inhertiance.
