I want to see in each state's Constitution where they can do that.

And, i want to see a healthy, vigorous challenge to them in state Supreme Courts, and the US Supreme Court.

SCOTUS ruled vaccines can be mandated. It was a case in early 1920s. Not a constitutional expert, too tired to look it up.

There are also ways around an actual Federal mandate to effectively make it mandatory. No vaccine? No enter hospital. No vaccine? No driver's license. so and so on.

Watch for corporations to mandate them too.

Right. States are unable to stop small groups from burning, looting, and murdering, but suddenly they're going to vaccinate the entire population.
