This is a moronic take given that republicans have done absolutely nothing at stopping the government's ability to legislate against crimes with no direct victims.

Pot heads are degenerates, that doesn't mean it or any drug should be illegal. If people want to overdose on heroin they are responsible for their own actions, just don't have taxpayers pay to support them.
