This is an awesome fire stick. You can plink all day with 38 and it's dirt cheap. Use the 357 stuff for the real thing. Very light recoil for the wifey. Very nice
if your lever is stiff, do a spring kit; hammer, ejector and possibly firing pin. it's the ejector spring that really makes opening the lever the last bit really stiff.
file and smooth the edges around the loading gate to save your fingers. same for the gate itself. and rebend the gate spring to unload the pressure.
trim the mag tube spring to make it easier to fully load.
polish the loading ramp if you have feeding problems with .38.
I actually have no issues with the gun. I looked up most of those tips online before the gun arrived. The only thing I may do is smooth the action, but it's basically like a Mossberg pump vs a Remington pump, it's smooth enough for me.
Trigger is surprisingly nice. Like maybe 3lbs and .5mm of travel
Had the hex barrel one but now it’s in the bottom of the bay unfortunately. It was a bit too long to be very useful for much with respect to the other guns laid to rest in the same vicinity. Seems like a sawfish wanted to take a bite but it is not equipped to dovetail a new spot for the front sight
I have one of those! One of my faves...just the right size for just ab anything...built like a Mac truck, very accurate, light recoil...well finished and affordable. For this type of firearm: no negatives here.
I had a marlin .357. But it was lost when the boat tipped over. So sadly you won’t see Copious amounts of pictures from this pede.
Tragic accident my fren. I hope you bought a replacement or two, even though they may accidentally go over board too
😉
Lever action rifles give me a stiffy
No homo😂
What is good in life?
To see your enemy's driven before you...
And hear the lamentations (reeee?) of their women!
TD.win never disappoints when I'm looking to see if someone has already made a comment that SURELY hasn't been made yet.
Yet we missed the first part: “To crush your enemies...”

i can't help tinkering, it's kind more fun for me to tinker than to do; guns, cars, etc...
Oh, I appreciate the advice.
Love our gold, octagon barrel, Henry 45 long colt.
I looked hard for an octagon barrel as well, couldn't find it but I'm still happy
Too bad... it's like shooting a .22 but hey you still got a great gun. How about those buckhorns? Most accurate ive ever been with iron sights.
Running to my bedroom to post my Rossi .44 magnum
Yes!
I have a rossi ranch hand in .44 as a truck gun I absolutely love it.
Impressive length!

So that when we gather for tabletop there is a ridge to keep the dice from rolling off.
