“If we cannot post a $600,000 bond in this 14-day period, Planned Parenthood’s high-priced collections lawyers can come after David with asset seizures, garnishments and strip him and the Center for Medical Progress bare” and “cripple” his pro-life work, Breen said.

And OF FUCKING COURSE the judge who ruled on this is in San Fran-shits-co.

From the article:

** “We’re very hopeful that the Ninth Circuit will take a good fresh look at this case and the incredible First Amendments implications that it presents,” Breen said.

If the verdict is not overturned on appeal, Daleiden’s lawyers are ready to go to the Supreme Court.

But the critical order of business is to raise the $600,000 appeals bond by September 2. **

So yes he can appeal. But his organization will cease to exist by the time the case reaches the Supreme Court. So planned parenthood essentially wins either way unless he can magically raise $600,000. I figured pedes could help spread the word about the wicked ways that PP attacks anyone who exposes them for trafficking in human body parts. Sadly I don't see him raising $600K with so many of us out of work due to CV19 shutdown nonsense.

GoFundMe probably wouldn’t support his cause because you know, exposed PP and all that. Donation link is at the bottom of the article (& tax deductible).

Donations?

That is what I am guessing unless there is an organization out there willing to loan him the money while the appeal is under consideration. There's a link at the very bottom of the article. Individual donations are routed through the Thomas More Society. Personally I think they are pretty screwed at this point. Even if they get the chance to go to the supreme court to appeal their assets will have been seized and liquidated long before the court date. It's called lawfare and PP is good at it apparently.

☹️. Gee I wonder where PP is getting all this power & money from?

In my city of liberal idiocy they have "re-allocated" funding from the police to abortion services. Makes me mad as hell and sick to my stomach just thinking about it. Moving to the countryside has never been more appealing.

Can't have crime if you have no people

They must want no people of color having kids because those are the exact areas where the clinics operate. Probably just pure coincidence and if you say otherwise why you must be a conspiracy theorist flat earther.
