Seems like the fewest deaths are on Sunday/Monday. Fewest deaths are reported on Sunday and Monday. Coroners taking a day off (or less working) on Sunday, and probably Saturday, and the paperwork is filed during the week, with a bit of a lag in it showing in the reports. Or something like that.
