There is no way any court would emancipate this screwed-up adolescent. Emancipation is really rare for anyone under 16, even in states where the law technically allows it. And when it happens, it's mature, responsible teens whose parents are immature/irresponsible, or in prison, or dead, or nowhere to be found, and who have demonstrated good judgement (e.g. are living with a responsible adult relative or family friend, doing well in school, staying out of any trouble). It sometimes makes sense to emancipate teens in that kind of situation, because the alternative is usually putting them in the foster care system. They become eligible for their own "welfare" checks, housing vouchers, food stamps, etc, rather than having some sketchy foster parent or sketchy group home operator taking the money and benefits.

Yeah I just went down that rabbit hole. Kelly Anne is doing the right thing. Such a sad thing to see. Just a few years ago she had social media posts where she says how much she loves her mom, but now everything she does is to spite her mom. She went from being a mama’s girl to dressing like a porn star at the age of 15.
She goes to an all girls school with all women staff in super liberal Bethesda Maryland. I would bet that is the main culprit. That and her dad refusing to stick by his wife because he is such a cuck. Let’s see if her dad puts his family first and quits the Lincoln Project bullshit. I have my doubts.
it's so heartwarming to see Conservative values in the spotlight. I feel bad for their family going through hard times, but the silver lining is that Kellyanne is taking a principled choice to put family over career. Hard not to respect that.
She'll probably focus on family (maybe on divorce and custody proceedings) until after the first of the year, and then hopefully rejoin the administration in some capacity. A lot of schools that are doing "remote learning" this semester will be going back to regular classrooms next semester. For now, she's got 4 school age children who will be doing school from home, an obnoxious whackjob husband, and a teen daughter who's hell-bent on outdoing her father in the obnoxious whackjob department (and largely succeeding).
She was in an untenable situation with her shitbag husband publicly undermining her. I'm actually surprised she remained in that position for as long as she did. Imagine working for a company while your spouse publicly shits all over the company and your boss every day.
How nasty and bitter do you have to be to attack your wife's boss publicly....not just her boss but the ELECTED leader of the free fucking world who donates his entire paycheck to help his country. Not only her boss, but someone who appointed her as the first female campaign manager of one of the two major parties who pulled off the single biggest election upset victory in HISTORY. The man has shown zero respect for her and has shown absolutely no class. The LEAST he could've done was not been so public, nasty and helped raise his own daughter and encouraged his wife's success. His behavior toward her has been so cruel and vicious and unfortunate.
I don't think having mom come home full-time and take charge of things is going to feel like much of a "win" to Claudia. It's pretty much the opposite of her emancipation fantasy.
