Systemic racism is real though, it happens when democrats are in charge of a city. They put all the black people into the worst neighborhoods, take away the police so that crime increases, put methadone clinics and homeless shelters in the neighborhoods they shoved the black people into, force the kids in those neighborhoods to attend failing schools and deny them any choice in the matter, raise taxes to make it even harder to drag themselves out of poverty, ban guns so that everyday citizens can't protect themselves from crime and gang warfare, and destroy families by locking the men in prison and using welfare to incentivize the women to remain single.
When Demoncrats do it, they still are successful in somehow blaming Trump and Republicans then they promise to get them an extra few dollars off of the welfare train.

Nobody can ever give me an example of systemic racism. I keep asking. So many times. The closest they can come to is being watched by store owners or police, but that is a result of their own actions, not racism.
Always press people to give examples of this when they bring it up.
I think it boils down to this - western civilization and American cultural values.
When blacks "act white", they tend to succeed. Speaking standard English, being courteous, showing up on time, generally obeying the law. Really basic stuff.
A lot of them resent adopting "white" cultural values and they call the system "racist" because of that. But these values are the recipe for a functioning civilization.

Those who would tear down western civilization have been, for a long time, turning minorities against the white people who built our society.
I'm from a very low income rural area (so same problems as the inner city but zero funding to help because screw white people). There were a grand total of TWO black kids in the whole district, so bear in mind that this is all about a bunch of white kids.
As a teen, it was just sort of accepted that kids from our area were followed in stores. To the point where if you looked like you were from our county you'd be followed around in stores up north (and yes we were so poor that we usually dressed different from the kids from town).
I'm the only person from my social group in high school that didn't steal shit ever, on principle. It wasn't for no reason that we were targeted: it's because we were all a bunch of damn thieves.

The problem with systemic racism is the same as micro aggression. They only understand a tiny portion of a concept and then they apply it only in the area they see fit. Micro aggression is actually a larger part of nonverbal communication. Any time we're not getting 100% of everything we want 100% of the time, we're always throwing out aggressive nonverbal queues all over the place and then it waits for the reasoning part of the brain to catch up and make compromises.
Systemic racism is the same thing. Systems are everywhere and I can assure you that I have been a part of systemic racism when I'm walking down the street in a black neighborhood. Systems are built into almost every interaction and who has the power in each interaction varies in every case.
What they really mean is that the systems don't let them murder and kill people without going to prison.
What you think they mean is that the system is somehow unfairly tilted towards the advantage of white people, which isn't what they're saying.
They're saying that murdering and killing people and being removed from society to prevent them from doing it is systemically racist. Because those values of not wanting to die or to have others note die are white people's values.
