Once an unlawful assembly (aka riot) was declared, but not immediately afterwards, the patriots complied with the police and left. That is what is supposed to happen. Leave or be arrested.
But as the patriots left, antifa scum followed them back to their vehicles and attacked them from behind like cowards.
In the end, antifa occupied the area and the patriots did not. They're going to call that a win for themselves.
