Today my coworker has a meltdown and tells management she feels "unsafe" and "scared" after I let my clients CHOOSE not to WEAR A MASK OUTSIDE at my barbershop. I told her my job is client comfort and safety, I am wearing a mask with a full beard, sweating my fucking BALLS OFF, while this bitch complains that she's uncomfortable with my decision to allow my clients to choose to go mask free.
They are talking to corporate about this tonight and deciding whether or not to fire me after we got into a yelling match after hours.

Claim that all your clients advised you personally of health issues and not to dig any further due to HIPAA Federal Law.
Claim that they advised they were pregnant and recommended by their doctors not to wear a mask while carrying a child (male or female obv doesn't matter, xir and xim can be pregnant whenever, and they're bigots for asking sex/gender of clients)
Claim that they cited religious exemptions.
Claim that your coworker has now put you in an impossible situation by putting the COMPANY at financial liability by breaking FEDERAL ADA laws, and that she should shut her fucking yap and/or be terminated for playing doctor.
Also cut slits in to your mask with a box cutter, below the fold, so that you can actually breathe while under decree of your retard governor to provide for yourself and your family. Test in front of a mirror so on outward breath it can't be noticed.
