CNN for a long time was considered to be very middle of the road and fairly unbiased. Even in all the military medical offices on us military installations primarily played CNN. They turned it off in 2016 when everything became so insanely polarizing. Now they just have HGTV playing 24/7.
We need lawyers on this, pronto. I don’t want our heroes subjected to flip or flop or property brothers nonstop, they’re already wounded in their bodies.
Exactly. And once it became mainstream to start assessing cable news bias, CNN somehow kept their name out of the discussion, substituting MSNBC for the counterpart to Fox News. MSNBC probably has 1/3 the ratings of CNN, and 1/10 those of Fox News but it didn't matter. That was the dichotomy, and CNN was able to sit on the sidelines and scoop up viewers who assumed it was a good compromise... that is until Trump brought their bias into the public's view.
