I know absolutely nothing about that place except that my very favourite journalist, George Webb, (who has been absolutely correct about everything to do with spygate almost four years ago), went to Janesville for one of his episodes. He was interviewing people there and they were all talking about Janesville having an extremely notorious history. it made me intrigued, but I could never get any information about it beyond that. He didn't go into any detail in that episode.
